By accessing or using www.quicktrolly.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickTrolly, governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable laws of India.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have consent of a parent/legal guardian)
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable laws

3. Registration & Account

Registration is free. Each user may hold only one account per unique email address and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

QuickTrolly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct is suspected.

4. Products & Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Weights of fruits and vegetables are estimated at checkout; final billing is based on actual weighed quantity
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is found unavailable or mispriced after placement
• GST and applicable government levies will be charged as per law

5. Orders & Contract of Sale

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the products. Order confirmation via email/SMS is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including: unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints.

6. Payments

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Please keep exact change; balance credited to QuickTrolly wallet
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex): via VBV/MSC secured gateways
• UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets
• Paytm Food Wallet: (food items only)

You warrant that you are the authorised holder of any payment instrument used.

7. Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. QuickTrolly is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Perishables (F&V, milk, meat): Return/refund within 48 hours of delivery
• Other products: Return/refund within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds processed to QuickTrolly wallet or original payment source upon request

9. Intellectual Property

All content on QuickTrolly — logos, trademarks, product images, text, software, design elements — is the exclusive property of QuickTrolly or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

By using QuickTrolly, you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews
• Harass, abuse, or threaten employees, delivery personnel, or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Engage in conduct that is obscene, offensive, or discriminatory on any grounds

QuickTrolly reserves the right to deactivate or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct without liability to the user.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickTrolly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickTrolly, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India. Users may also approach the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Amendments

QuickTrolly may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
