    Where is my order? How do I track it?
    Go to My Account → My Orders on the website or app to see real-time order status. Our delivery executive will also contact you before arriving. For urgent tracking, call 97634 23456 with your Order ID.
    I received a wrong or missing item. What do I do?
    Go to My Account → My Orders → select your order → Raise Issue → choose "Missing Item" or "Wrong Item". Upload a photo if possible. We will resolve it within 24 hours with a replacement or refund to your QuickTrolly Wallet. Alternatively, call 97634 23456 directly.
    How do I raise a return or get a refund?
    Fresh produce, dairy and meat: raise within 48 hours of delivery. All other products: within 7 days. Go to My Account → My Orders → Raise Issue → select the issue type. Refund to QuickTrolly Wallet: 24–48 hours. Refund to bank/card: 5–7 working days.
    How do I know a product is genuinely chemical-free?
    Products that meet our zero-chemical sourcing standard are tagged "Chemical-Free" or "No Additives" on the product listing page. All food suppliers on QuickTrolly must provide FSSAI compliance documentation for every batch. If you have a specific product quality concern, email info@quicktrolly.in with the product name and batch number — we will investigate immediately.
    What are the delivery charges? When is delivery free?
    Below ₹600: ₹50. Between ₹600–₹1,499: ₹10 (₹15 in Mumbai). ₹1,500 and above: Free delivery. A flat handling charge of ₹6 applies to all orders. For Lucknow and Patna: free above ₹1,500, ₹30 between ₹251–₹1,499, ₹60 below ₹250.
    How do I cancel an order?
    Before dispatch: Go to My Account → My Orders → Cancel Order. No charge. Refund within 24 hours. After dispatch: cancellation is not possible through the app. You may refuse delivery at the door and a refund will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.
    Will QuickTrolly ever ask for my OTP, card number, or bank details?
    Never. QuickTrolly will never ask for your OTP, full card number, CVV, net banking password, or any bank credentials. Our team only asks for your registered name, mobile, and email to verify your identity. If you receive any such request, it is fraud — report it immediately to info@quicktrolly.in or call 97634 23456.
    I want to sell my products on QuickTrolly. Who do I contact?
    Email vendor@quicktrolly.in with your business name, product categories, GSTIN, and FSSAI licence number (for food products). Our vendor team responds within 24 hours. You can also visit quicktrolly.in/vendor-registration to start the application process. Note: all food vendors must meet our zero-chemical sourcing standard.
