Refund & Return Policy

This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.


1. Return & Exchange Window

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products explicitly marked as Non-Returnable on their Product Description Page
  • Opened or used personal care / hygiene products
  • Perishables reported after the 48-hour window
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging / MRP tags (where applicable)

For non-returnable items with quality defects, contact the brand’s authorised service centre. QuickTrolly will assist in identifying the correct contact.

3. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

  • App/Website: My Account → My Orders → Select Order → Raise Issue
  • Phone: Call 97634 23456 (6 AM – 11:55 PM, all days)
  • Email: info@quicktrolly.co.in with Order ID and issue description
  • Support Section: My Account → Support to raise a ticket

Please have your Order ID, delivery date, product photos (if applicable), and issue description ready.

4. Return Pick-Up

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a doorstep pick-up at a time convenient for you. For fresh produce quality complaints, a pick-up may not be required; refund/replacement will be processed based on description and photographs.

QuickTrolly Wallet credits never expire as long as your account is active and can be used on your next order immediately.

6. Partial Delivery / Missing Items

  • You will only be charged for items actually delivered
  • Balance amount is automatically credited to QuickTrolly Wallet within 24 hours
  • Contact us if you have not received the credit within 48 hours

7. Weight Variance — Fruits & Vegetables

Prices are estimated at checkout. At delivery, each item is weighed accurately. If actual weight is less than ordered, you are charged correspondingly less. Any difference is adjusted automatically.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Cancel at no charge via My Account → My Orders
  • After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible; you may refuse delivery and a refund will be processed
  • Electronics: Doorstep cancellation is permitted if the product is unopened, unused, and sealed at delivery

9. Dispute Resolution

If not satisfied with our resolution, escalate to our Grievance Officer: grievanceofficer@quicktrolly.co.in. Response within 30 days.

You also retain the right to approach the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
