Registration
Q: How do I register?
A: Click the Sign Up link at the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in your name, email, and mobile number, set a password, and submit. Registration is completely free.
Q: Are there any charges for registration?
A: No. Registration on QuickTrolly is absolutely free.
Q: Do I have to register to shop?
A: You can browse and add products to cart without registration, but only registered and logged-in shoppers can checkout and place orders.
Q: Can I have multiple accounts?
A: No. Each email address and mobile number can only be associated with one QuickTrolly account.
Q: Can I save multiple delivery addresses?
A: Yes. Multiple delivery addresses can be saved in your account. However, all items in a single order can only be delivered to one address. Place separate orders for different addresses.
Q: Can family members share the same delivery address?
A: Yes. Up to three family members can have separate accounts with the same delivery address, provided each uses a unique email and mobile number.
Q: Can I order for multiple cities from one account?
A: Yes. You can add addresses in different cities and place separate orders for each city from a single account.
Account
Q: What is My Account?
A: My Account is your personal dashboard accessible after logging in. You can track active orders, view order history, manage delivery addresses, check wallet balance, and raise support tickets.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: On the Login page, click Forgot Password, enter your registered email address, and a reset link will be sent. Click the link, set a new password, and log in again.
Q: How do I update my delivery address?
A: Log in, go to My Account → Update My Profile, and edit your delivery address.
Q: What is the QuickTrolly Wallet?
A: The QuickTrolly Wallet holds store credit — refunds, cashback, and COD balance differences are credited here. Wallet credits never expire and can be used on any future order.
Payment
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Paytm Food Wallet (food items only).
Q: Is it safe to use my card?
A: Yes. All transactions are processed via RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant gateways with VBV/MSC authentication. We do not store card details.
Q: How does Cash on Delivery work?
A: Pay our delivery executive in cash at delivery. Please keep the exact amount or round up to nearest Rs.100. Any balance is credited to your QuickTrolly Wallet.
Q: Are there extra charges or taxes?
A: GST is applicable as per Government regulations. There is no VAT. A handling charge of Rs.6 applies to all orders. Delivery charges vary by order value.
Q: Where do I enter a coupon code?
A: At checkout, after selecting delivery slot and payment method, you will see a field to enter your coupon/e-voucher code. Discount is applied automatically.
Q: How do I get a refund for undelivered items paid online?
A: The balance for undelivered items is automatically credited to your QuickTrolly Wallet within 24 hours. For refund to your bank account/card, contact our customer support team.
Delivery
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: You select your preferred delivery slot at checkout. Your order will be delivered on the date and in the slot you choose. In case of delays, our team will proactively inform you.
Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Below Rs.600: Rs.50 | Rs.600–Rs.999: Rs.10 (Rs.15 in Mumbai) | Above Rs.1,000: FREE. A flat handling charge of Rs.6 applies to all orders.
Q: Is there a minimum order value?
A: No. There is no minimum order value required to place an order on QuickTrolly.
Q: Is Same-Day Delivery available for all products?
A: Yes. Same-Day Delivery is applicable to our entire range of products, subject to slot availability.
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver PAN India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.
Q: Will I be informed if my delivery is delayed?
A: Yes. Our customer support team will proactively notify you via SMS or call in case of any delay.
Q: How are fruits and vegetables packaged and weighed?
A: Fresh produce is hand-picked, cleaned, and hygienically packed. Prices at checkout are based on estimated weights. At delivery, each item is weighed accurately — if actual weight is less, you will be charged less.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is the return window?
A: Fruits, vegetables, milk, and meat: within 48 hours. All other products: within 7 days. Electronics: as per Product Description Page.
Q: How do I raise a return/refund request?
A: Go to My Account → My Orders → Select Order → Raise Issue. Or call 97634 23456 / email info@quicktrolly.co.in within the eligible window.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Wallet refunds: 24–48 hours after return confirmation. Bank/card refunds: 5–7 working days.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, before dispatch via My Account → My Orders → Cancel. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; you may refuse delivery and a refund will be processed.
Safety & Fraud
Q: Will QuickTrolly ever ask for my card number or OTP?
A: Never. Our support team only asks for your registered name, email, and mobile. We will never ask for card numbers, OTPs, PINs, or bank details. Report suspicious contacts to info@quicktrolly.co.in immediately.
Q: What happens if my account is involved in fraud?
A: QuickTrolly reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate accounts involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity without prior notice.
