QuickTrolly operates a dedicated delivery fleet and partners with reputed logistics providers to deliver groceries and essentials across India. This policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Delivery Coverage
QuickTrolly delivers PAN India. To check if we deliver to your pin code, enter your delivery address at checkout — our system will instantly confirm availability. Contact us at 97634 23456 or info@quicktrolly.co.in for further assistance.
3. Delivery Slots & Timing
- Same-Day Delivery: Applicable to the entire product range (subject to slot availability)
- Scheduled Delivery: Choose a date and time slot up to 7 days in advance
Delivery hours: generally between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM IST (varies by city).

- Express / Dynamic Delivery: Charges calculated dynamically based on order value, time of day, distance, and weather. Displayed at checkout before payment.
- Handling Charge: A flat handling charge of Rs.6 applies to ALL orders placed on QuickTrolly.
- Minimum Order: There is NO minimum order value requirement for delivery.
5. Order Tracking
- SMS/WhatsApp notification with live tracking details upon dispatch
- Real-time tracking via My Account → My Orders on website
- Estimated delivery time updates as order progresses
6. How We Pack & Deliver
- Order Received: Your order is confirmed and sent to our nearest fulfilment centre.
- Picking & Packing: Fresh produce is hand-picked and hygienically packed; grocery items are verified for expiry and damage.
- Quality Check: Every order goes through a quality and weight verification before dispatch.
- Out for Delivery: Delivery executive heads to your doorstep with real-time tracking enabled.
- Delivered: Order delivered to doorstep. COD payment collected. Digital confirmation sent.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
- Our delivery executive will attempt delivery as per the selected slot
- In case you are unavailable, the executive will contact you on your registered mobile number
- If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, order may be returned and refund processed minus applicable delivery charges
- For security-gated communities: ensure security clearance or accept delivery at the gate; online payment preferred
8. Delivery of Perishables
Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat are delivered in insulated or temperature-appropriate packaging. Inspect perishables at delivery and report quality issues within 48 hours.
9. Multiple Addresses & Split Orders
- All items in a single order are delivered to a single address only
- Place separate orders for products to be delivered to different addresses
- Multiple delivery addresses can be saved in My Account for convenience
10. Delays & Force Majeure
Delays may occur due to high order volumes during festive seasons, adverse weather, government restrictions, traffic conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. Our customer support team will proactively notify you and offer alternatives including rescheduling or a full refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
